More About Christian
I was born in Mobile, Alabama and spent the first 20 years of my life living in that city. I was homeschooled from middle school all the way to graduation and believe that not all homeschoolers have to be awkward. I moved to Starkville, Mississippi when I was twenty to finish my undergrad degree in Poultry Science. While in Starkville, I worked at a church called The Assembly learning under some amazing pastors. My last year there I led the college group, ran the media and cleaned the church. After graduating from State at twenty-two I moved to Florence, Alabama to work for my old youth pastor and get my credentials with the AG under him. In that next year of 2021 I graduated with my Masters in Business after completing a one year MBA program. A month after that I got my credentials and two months after that I married Rachel! It was a busy year for sure. I felt the call to missions when I was 14 years old and ever since then God has had me on a path that taught me many different things. Ultimately it lead me to a calling that I once prayed for, to help the hurting. What we do is hard at times, but one thing is certain I wouldn't want to be doing anything else with my life.
More About Rachel
I was born and raised in the beautiful Florence, Alabama. When I graduated high school, I moved to Mobile, AL to attend the University of South Alabama. I was there for two and a half years before I changed my major and transferred back home to finish out my degree at the University of North Alabama. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. 2021 was a crazy year for Christian and myself. I moved back to Florence at the start of the year, we got engaged in April, got married in October, I graduated college in December, and we got approved to be missionaries! We dated for a total of four years and actually never lived in the same city until I moved back to Florence to finish school. I felt the call to missions as a freshman in high school, but it wasn't until the end of my junior year that I felt the call solidify on my first missions trip. Fall of my senior year, God placed the specific burden of human trafficking on my heart. It has been my God appointed mission to fight it ever since! I love what we get to do and be apart of. It is difficult, draining, and really hard but so rewarding in its own ways. God knew what he was doing in our lives when we met and it has been a wild ride ever since, but I wouldn't change any of it!
